My practice focus is the unique experiences of black women. In addition to traditional talk therapy to glean how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors inform your process, I use mind-body awareness, emotionally focused therapy and provide psychoeducation about the neuroscience of trauma to help you understand and identify where fear has you stuck and to achieve balance and well-being.
